Return Process

  Log into your HB Sports account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return process.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in their original boxing.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point to send your gear back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the equipment to ensure it meets return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
